It’s a new year which means we have a lot of new things happening at The Magic Canvas from magic shows to karaoke, birthday parties, baby showers, you name it we’ve got it here.
We are super excited to officially announce our brand new TMC On-The-Go!
“What is that, Tiff?” Glad you asked! While we are a brick and mortar storefront, we also understand that not everyone is comfortable or even able to come see us in person and wanted to be able to reach our friends across the globe to share in the magic of creativity here at TMC from your own home. With TMC On-The-Go, you still get the full experience from taking The TMC Oath, to Bohemian Rhapsody, and of course the quirky step-by-step instruction all in a virtual format. This is suitable for ages 12 and up, and makes a great family night activity or virtual night out.
Here’s how it works! If you aren’t already there – go to our website, and click the “Virtual Painting” link on our menu. From there, select the painting you would like to do, click “More Info”, and select the kit you would like. From there, our shop elves will pack up your kit and mail it out to you (me, it’s me. I’m the shop elf.) However, if you’re within a 25 mile radius of our shop then we can deliver it to you in the TMC Car – Houdini. If you’ve painted with us before, or already have brushes and an apron, this kit is for you! Included is:

We have a few extras you can add on as well, like a bigger canvas (for local delivery only), and a wooden easel so you get the full artist experience.

This week we have a lot going on! Per usual, we have our Kid’s Art Classes in the morning and afternoons doing some really fun winter projects. There are still both drop in and monthly spots available so be sure to check those out.
This Friday (January 15) we are having our very first Paint, Sip, & Sing! Paint a music-themed piece of art, sip your favorite drink, and sing a little karaoke! You may even hear a song or two from your favorite TMC ladies!
Finally, for the next two Saturdays (January 16 and 23) our monthly magic shows are back! This month, we have Bryan Saint who has made appearances on NBC, FOX and The CW, has millions of views on YouTube, has been a featured performer at the world-famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, CA, and was also a season 5 winner on the hit primetime show Penn & Teller: Fool Us. You’ll also see a few short performances from some other TMC magic friends.
